Drivers require 8 hours of sleep for every 10 hours they drive, and booking everyone at the same hotel will makes pick-ups and drop-offs more streamlined. A small tip: If you let the hotel know you are traveling on a charter bus - they may offer you group discounts or free lodging for drivers.
