Our standard billing policy is to collect a 25% deposit to reserve your vehicle and the full payment 30-days before your trip. Failure to provide payment can result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Drivers food and drinks are covered, however, for overnight trips you do need to reserve lodging for your driver. Drivers require 8 hours of sleep for every 10 hours they drive, and booking everyone at the same hotel will makes pick-ups and drop-offs more streamlined. A small tip: If you let the hotel know you are traveling on a charter bus - they may offer you group discounts or free lodging for drivers. Also note: Driver gratuity is not including in the price, but highly recommended to tip your driver at the end of your trip.
